Profile Information

About Me:
I was born in the foothills of the Himalayas in northern India to missionary parents on 10/20/51. After attending an American boarding school called Woodstock I got my B.A. in psychology at Seattle Pacific University.

Married and divorced twice I am satisfied to live alone in a small cabin close to Doe Bay. Along the way I attended a two year course on film making at SCCC and enjoyed it very much. I have produced four educational documentaries of which my favorite is about the near death experience. Photography has always been a part of my life--mostly portraits of the Indian people I had known as a child.

In order to make a meager living I do small jobs as a handyman and painter, some photography, and I sell DVDs of my documentary films.

What are your interests?
I enjoy photography and documentary film making. The complexities of consciousness and its evolution interests me. I enjoy contemplating the spiritual intersection of near death experiences, the life and teachings of Jesus, and the visionary experiences of myself and other mystics. I am deeply saddened by the collective punitive nature of not only our country, but especially evangelical Christianity. Though I am a a film maker I find the media actually changing national perceptions and actions--for the worse. Arguably the most powerful tool invented by humankind. it is a wasteland of trivial and destructive programming while the planet is plunging headlong towards catastrophe.
Where do you live on Orcas?
At a retreat called "Passing Show" up the road from Doe Bay
