The gathering place for the Orcas Island community
CALLING ALL COMMUNITY MEMBERS!
A FEW ANNOUNCEMENTS...
First, we'd like to say how delighted we are to be involved in such a great community of people. We are truly a working model for the world to see. We love you all !!!
So, as you know, we are putting together a plan of action regarding a few things here on the island. We are now in the position to begin gathering input from you, the community.
We are holding a community meeting to discuss the details of a Learning Design/Skills Center/Retreat opportunity for this island. This will be an OPEN DISCUSSION among all who attend. We welcome all who wish to share their ideas, views and opinions.
This meeting is being held at:
SUNFLOWER CAFE
SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY
(Sept. 27th, 28th & 29th)
4:30pm-6:30pm
Please attend at least one, if not all, these meetings if you can.
We would love to see all of your beautiful, smiling faces.
The more of you who attend, the more information can be exchanged.
Also, look for our ad in the newspaper this week. We have posted our proposal in the "Letter to the Editor" section!
